As CFO, Brad's primary responsibility is to create value for our people, clients, and shareholders. This involves managing key external stakeholders while overseeing critical internal functions, including finance, risk & assurance, legal, and environment & sustainability.
Brad was born in South Africa and credits his upbringing there for shaping his appreciation of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. He believes that bringing together different viewpoints creates a richer, more successful environment. Brad applies this mindset to every business transaction—at its core, a human interaction—fostering trust and collaboration to drive financial success.
Prior to Pulsant, Brad held the position of CFO at Mercator Solutions, a Warburg Pincus-backed software and BPO provider, and Monitise, a British fintech PLC. He’s also held various senior finance roles at TelecityGroup.
As Chief People Officer, April leads Pulsant’s people and culture agenda, championing a People First approach. She is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, can be themselves, and has the opportunity to thrive, while ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s business strategy and long-term vision.
Since joining Pulsant in 2006, April has led the integration of teams from many acquisitions and focuses on building a workplace where people have the opportunity to excel and can look back on their time at Pulsant as a career highlight—whether they stay for a few years or many years! April is especially committed to driving the success of Pulsant’s Early Careers programme, championing apprentices in the company’s data centres and graduates across operations—the next generation of talent supporting Pulsant’s clients.
April joined Lumison as HR Manager in 2006, which became Pulsant in 2011, and has developed her career within the company, becoming Chief People Officer in 2021 and being promoted to our Board in 2023. Prior to Pulsant, she held HR roles at John Menzies Plc.
Ben is responsible for delivering highly reliable, high-performance services to Pulsant’s clients, investing in both infrastructure and people to meet and exceed expectations. Since joining in September 2022, he has set a clear vision for service excellence, leading a skilled and dedicated team whose expertise drives a positive client experience.
Committed to safety across Pulsant’s infrastructure, his commitment has a personal dimension, shaped by his father’s experiences with workplace safety as an electrician.
Before joining Pulsant, Ben held leadership roles across operations, commercial, and sales functions. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at MTI Technology Group, he has held senior positions at Capita IT Enterprise Services and Trustmarque Solutions.
Steve joined Pulsant in 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing deep expertise in growth, market development, and client-focused transformation. He leads Pulsant’s sales, commercial, and client relationship teams, helping UK businesses access cutting-edge cloud, colocation, and connectivity solutions. With growing challenges around data sovereignty, IT costs, and efficiency, Steve is passionate about guiding businesses through these complexities.
Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Steve’s career spans the UK and beyond, giving him valuable insight into the diverse challenges businesses face. His approach is rooted in Pulsant’s core values—putting people, clients, and partners first to foster success for all.
Prior to Pulsant, Steve was President of Northern Europe at Forterro, where he drove growth and innovation in the ERP software sector. He also held key leadership roles at Capita and Oracle, focusing on go-to-market strategies and growth.
Mike joined Pulsant with an ambition to advance its position as the UK’s leading edge infrastructure provider. As part of that, his work to enhance platformEDGE means that businesses and service providers have the platform and digital infrastructure they need to deliver value to their clients while supporting their growth.
Originally from the North East, Mike has worked across London and the South East, bringing both regional understanding and deep technical knowledge to his role. He’s been fascinated by how things work since his early days coding games on a ZX Spectrum — a curiosity that’s driven a career in designing, deploying, and managing IT infrastructure.
Before joining Pulsant, Mike was Service Director at Onyx Group and Knowledge IT, where he led the delivery of IT services covering networks, support, and security.
Outside work, Mike enjoys cycling and motorcycling and volunteers as a British Cycling coach, helping to nurture young talent at a local kids' club.
Mark joined Pulsant as CMO in 2022 to transform the company’s brand and market position, driving broader commercial growth. A seasoned marketing strategist and digital marketing expert, he is deeply passionate about leveraging customer insights to drive impactful business outcomes.
Growing up in South London sparked Mark's interest in understanding market dynamics and human behaviour, something that shapes his approach today: deeply understanding market trends and client needs to help them navigate their infrastructure choices.
With over 20 years of experience in technology marketing, Mark began his career at 3Com Corporation and has held senior roles at Vodafone, Sony, and Criteo. He also spent five years leading corporate and field marketing at Interxion and Digital Realty. Before joining Pulsant, Mark was responsible for the commercial development of data centre ecosystems at Iron Mountain, where he led a global team focused on sales and product innovation.
As Corporate Development Director, Victoria leads Pulsant’s strategic growth agenda, focusing on acquisitions and expansion opportunities to strengthen and develop the business. Originally from the Midlands but with a passion for global travel, she has developed a deep appreciation for the interconnection between commerce and people—aligning perfectly with her role at Pulsant.
With Pulsant’s unique market position—spanning a network of regional data centres, a robust IaaS private cloud offering, and an extensive edge fabric network—Victoria’s ambition is clear: to establish Pulsant as the UK’s leading regional infrastructure platform, delivering exceptional client service while fostering a thriving, dynamic, and fun workplace for its people.
Before joining Pulsant, Victoria was M&A Director at Digital Space, where she led the acquisition of its AWS public cloud practice. She previously served as an Investment Director at LDC, sitting on multiple portfolio company boards and investing in mid-market companies, and spent nearly 20 years as Director of Corporate Finance at PwC.
Nav joined Pulsant in 2023 with a clear vision: to drive the company’s digital and systems transformation by integrating automation and enhancing the digital client experience. His leadership is focused on streamlining business and operational systems, ensuring they are agile, efficient, and future-ready.
Originally from Yorkshire, Nav is passionate about supporting local communities and is a proud advocate of the growing TechNorth initiative. He is particularly excited about how Pulsant is enabling AI and Edge workloads, as well as the evolving role of data centres in shaping the future technology landscape.
With a strong background in digital execution and systems transformation across multiple industries, Nav brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to innovation. His consulting expertise fosters a client-first culture, ensuring that technology meets the needs of the organisations Pulsant serves.
Over the past two decades, Nav has built an impressive track record of driving technological change and embedding operational excellence with a focus on client outcomes. He has held senior technology roles across both the public and private sectors, including serving as Group Technical Director at JLA Group.
