Maidenhead, UK – 25 August 2020 – Pulsant, a leading UK provider of regional data centre, cloud and managed services, has extended its partnership with British Rowing for a further year. The extension will see Pulsant continue to provide a range of hosting solutions for British Rowing until summer 2022, through the rearranged Olympic and Paralympic Games next year.
In addition to providing the core private cloud infrastructure for British Rowing’s online services, as part of the agreement, Pulsant will provide the necessary hardware infrastructure for the GB Rowing Team’s performance data analytics projects.

The strategic partnership between British Rowing and Pulsant commenced in 2017 and saw Pulsant design and host a bespoke platform for British Rowing’s information technology system, including storing performance data for the GB Rowing Team, running legacy systems and hosting a number of membership services online. As a result of the partnership, British Rowing has been able to modernise, scale and raise the standards of its IT systems and improve security and compliance.
