The C Word……. Commitment!
Probably one of the scariest words in a new relationship I expect. Yet with every new customer DediPower gains, a new committed relationship begins.
I think the most important part of a committed relationship is trust. Trust is built up over time but it begins right at the beginning – customers who place business with DediPower are really putting a huge trust in us and we always thank them for this. My job is to maintain and build on this trust by providing reliable and honest feedback wherever necessary – something we pride ourselves on.
Relationships can be hard work. You need to get to know everything about each other, what makes each other tick. The sweet spots and the sour spots. All relationships have their ups and downs. It’s only because we take time to understand our customers, and build these relationships that any downs are few and far between, short lived and soon forgotten. Time and time again clients tell me that it’s not what the problems are, it’s how you deal with them that’s important.
As a senior account manager, I strive for superior relationship building. Over the years this has become the reason why our customers stay with us year on year.
