Mike is an award-winning CEO, non-executive director, entrepreneur and author. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, most recently as CEO of datacentre company Telecity Group where he led the business for over 12 years. During that time he guided the company through a number of achievements, including mergers and acquisitions, a successful IPO in 2007 and expansions into new strategic markets. Mike currently holds a number of non-executive director roles where he focuses on helping businesses drive growth and profitability. He was awarded an OBE in 2014 services to the digital economy, and is well known throughout the industry for his entrepreneurial spirit and management philosophy.
Pieter is also chairman of Better Generation in Hong Kong and The Institution in Sweden, on the advisory board of US, UK and French companies, and a Visiting Professor at Cambridge University. Previously he spent 2.5 years building up a new software services venture for Vodafone Group.
Mark graduated in Civil Engineering and has worked in the IT and telecoms industry for over 25 years. Over a 17 year period he worked in a range of technical and commercial roles within Mars, Coopers and Lybrand, GEC and Compel plc. During this time he gained significant international experience in Europe, the USA and Asia. He led a management buy-out of Digica, an IT outsourcing company, in 2003 which was subsequently acquired by Computacenter in 2007. Mark was Director of Services for Computacenter prior to acquiring Lumison in 2010 as the foundation for creating Pulsant.

Graeme graduated with a joint honours degree in Business Studies and Accounting from Edinburgh University in 1987. He gained his Chartered Accountancy qualification whilst working for KPMG in Edinburgh, prior to spending 2 years working for KPMG Hungary in the early 90s. He then spent 10 years, latterly as Finance Director, with Reuters Research before joining Pulsant in 2004 to help transform our financial operations.
Nigel has held a number of senior commercial, operational and technical management roles in HP, Cable & Wireless and BT, as well as in a number of small, dynamic internet service providers. Consequently, he brings a wealth of experience and capabilities to the role and understands how to take best practice from some of the world’s largest technology organisations and implement it in an appropriate way for Pulsant and its customers.
Sales & Marketing Director
Rob graduated with a degree in Business Studies from Hull University in 1993. He joined DCS Group in 1994 and held a number of sales positions in new business and major accounts, focusing specifically on ERP Applications. Rob left DCS Group in 2000 to set up an SAP Hosting & Managed Services practice on behalf of German-based company TDS. Following TDS he joined Managed Services Company Digica as head of new business, eventually taking over as Sales Director. Post acquisition in 2007, prior to joining Pulsant, Rob held a number of senior positions within Computacenter as Sales Director of Corporate Services and Datacentre Contractual Services.

Matt graduated with an honours degree in Industrial Management and holds a number of other post graduate qualifications. He joined Astra Zeneca in 1994 and chose to develop his career in IT, working in several global consultancy roles within Microsoft and Perot Systems before joining Severn Trent Plc as CTO in 2000. Matt joined Digica in 2003 as CTO to accelerate the development of Mid-Market Managed Services; following the Computacenter acquisition in 2007, he became CTO. In 2011, he joined the Board at Pulsant as CTO.
